Karachi Port Trust Ships Movement, Cargo Handling Report 17 Jan 2019

Following were the movements of ships and cargo handling at the Karachi Port Trust (KPT) during the last 24 hours, ending at 0700 hours on Thursday
SHIPS ARRIVED: Kota Kaya Container Ship Al Mahboobah Tanker Lila Clinkers M.T. Karachi Tanker Serene Juniper Clinkers Xin Hong Kong Container Ship Polo Container Ship Mol Gateway Container Ship SHIPS SAILED: UACC Shams Tanker M.T.Quetta Tanker Allise P Container Ship Hakone Galaxy Tanker Kota Kaya Container CARGO HANDLING TURNOVER: The total cargo handled at Karachi Port during the last 24 hours closed at 116,952 metric tons.
The breakup shows that the port has handled 50,616 metric tons of export cargo and 66,336 metric tons of import cargo during the said period.
Commodity wise handling in metric tons is given below.
