THE HAGUE (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 19th November, 2018) Russia has put forward at the 23rd session of the Conference of the States Parties to the Chemical Weapons Convention a number of proposals on the budget and mandate of the Organization for Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), head of the Russian delegation Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Georgy Kalamanov said Monday.

"During the conference, Russia put forward a number of proposals, including the Russian-Chinese project, which suggests that it is necessary to create a working group on budget planning, because this issue is also within the competence of today's meeting," Kalamanov said.
