Special Task Force Meeting Discussed Progress On Rashaki Economic Zone

Advisor to Chief Minister on Trade and Commerce, Abdul Karim Khan on Monday expressed resolve of the government for early completion of Rashaki Economic Zone and termed it landmark project for economic prosperity of the country.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Nov, 2018 ) :Advisor to Chief Minister on Trade and Commerce, Abdul Karim Khan on Monday expressed resolve of the government for early completion of Rashaki Economic Zone and termed it landmark project for economic prosperity of the country.

Chairing the meeting of special task force on Rashaki Economic Zone, he said that steps were being taken for timely completion of this key project which is part of China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

He said that this mega project would usher a new era of progress and prosperity in the province , besides boosting commerce and trade activities in the area.

He assured that all stake holders were being taken on board and all hurdles would be removed in order to expedite work on this important project.

The meeting discussed in detail various aspects and proposals regarding Rashaki Economic Zone.

Chief Executive of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Companybriefed the participants about progress made so far. Secretary Industry Usman Yaqoob and other concern official attended the meeting.
