300 students screened for Hepatitis, HIV, Malaria tests

As many as 300 students underwent blood screening at the opening day of blood donation and screening camp set up at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture (MNSUA) here on Wednesday.

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Dec, 2018 ) :As many as 300 students underwent blood screening at the opening day of blood donation and screening camp set up at Muhammad Nawaz Sharif University of Agriculture (MNSUA) here on Wednesday.

A good number of students donated blood in the camp set up for two days.

Dean Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Dr Shafqat Saeed opened the camp.

He urged the students to donate blood as it was a noble deed.

He suggested that a healthy person should donate blood so that needy patients could benefit from it.

During the campus, Hepatitis B, C HIV Aids and other tests of the students were conducted.

The camp was set up under the auspices of Al Khidmat Foundation.
