International Franchise Exhibition 2018 Kicks Off In Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 17th Oct, 2018) The 6th edition of the International Franchise Exhibition (IFE), organised by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, kicked off yesterday with the participation of key government entities, numerous major international brands, companies, and renowned experts alongside thousands of visitors from 16 countries.
The exhibition is being held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), and was opened by Ibrahim Al Mahmoud, First Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, accompanied by Mohamed Helal Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Saeed Eisa Al Khyeli, Director General of ZonesCorp, Salem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Ajman Chamber, and Arif Al-Muzaki, board Member of the RAK Chamber.
The opening ceremony was also attended by the Japanese ambassador to the UAE, Kanji Fujiki, a number of diplomats, embassy representatives, senior officials, representatives of the companies and institutions participating in the exhibition, and numerous media professionals.
The two-day exhibition provides an opportunity for attendees to learn about a wide range of local and international companies and engage with experts from around the world, including companies operating in the UAE across a diverse range of fields including: tourism, hospitality, trade, health, education, food and beverage, retail, and more.
Mohamed Helal Al-Muhairi, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Chamber, said, "This is the sixth time we have organised the International Franchise Exhibition as a part of our effort to shed light on special opportunities for companies and SMEs in the field of franchising. The exhibition supports business growth by showcasing a wide range of investment opportunities to participating entrepreneurs, in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 and our sustainable economic development objectives."
