42,643 Calls Reponded By Rescue 1122 During Last Year

MULTAN, Jan 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) : The Rescue 1122 rescued 42,643 people by responding 36,189 calls within an average time of seven minutes during the last year. This was said by Emergency Officer Operation Dr Khalid Mehmood in a meeting presided over by District Emergency Officer Dr Kaleemullah here on Tuesday.
The service responded 13,905 emergencies of accidents, 702 of fire, six of buildings collapse, 17 of drowning, 10 of blast and 1,8332 of medical emergencies.
