ACE Recovers Rs 11.614 Million

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2019 ) :Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) has recovered Rs 11.614 million from private schools in map fee.
ACE authorities said that Regional Director ACE Asim Raza came to know that that a number of private school owners had constructed school buildings in Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bhalwal, Sillanwali without depositing full 'map fee' in the treasury in connivance with the Building Inspectors and other officers of Tehsil Municipal Administrations (TMAs).
On the inquiry report of Deputy Directors ACE Urooj ul Hassan, Muhammad Asghar and Circle Office Officer ACE Sargodha Nisar Ahmad, Regional Director ACE,Asim Raza, served notices to owners of the schools.
In order to avoid legal action the owners of four private schools deposited Rs 116,14,062 in treasury through cheques,it was learnt.
