Bar Election For Joint Secretary On 14th

FAISALABAD, Jan 3 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 03rd Jan, 2017 ) : All members of the Tehsil Bar Association (TBA) Jaranwala were elected uncontested except the joint secretary for which polling to be held on Jan 14.

A spokesman for the TBA Jaranwala said here Tuesday that January 2 was the last date for filing nomination papers for annual election of the bar and only Rana Sarfraz Ahmad, Rana Asad, Orangzaib, Shehzad Asim and their group had filed their nomination papers against seats of president, senior vice president, vice president, general secretary and executive committee, respectively, whereas Tanveer Ahmad Qaisar and Akbar Tabassum submitted their nomination papers for joint secretary seat.

Chairman Election board Malik Khizar Hayat Khokhar issued a notification in which all candidates were declared elected uncontested except joint secretary, the spokesman added.
