DC Mansehra Introduces New Features Of Citizen Portal

HARIPUR, Jan 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 05th Jan, 2017 ) : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Mansehra, Iqbal Hussain inaugurated new features of citizen's portal here Thursday at his office. Keeping in view of the public interest in social media KPK government has decided to share all information on Facebook and other social media sites.

According to the details, citizens portal in 26 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are now active. New features regarding District food Prices (DFP) of essential commodities including vegetables, fruits and others non- perishable items have been added on citizen portal whereby updated prices of these items shall be incorporated.

DC while inaugurating the citizen portal said that people can register compliant regarding the overcharging through citizen portal. At the occasion DC Mansehra with the cooperation of traders finalized the rates after comparison with district Abbottabad and Haripur prices and made part of the citizen portal.

DC said that it is hoped that people would be benefitted through the updated information about DFP and if any one found violating the price lists would be punished with immediate effect. A large number of people including the price magistrates, local elected representatives, members from civil society and media person attended the ceremony.
