Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad Reviews Arrangements For By-election

Deputy Commissioner Syed Ahmad Fawad has directed the departments concerned to provide all out administrative and logistic support for conducting by-election of NA-103 and PP-103 tehsil Tandilianwala which would be held on October 14.

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Sep, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Syed Ahmad Fawad has directed the departments concerned to provide all out administrative and logistic support for conducting by-election of NA-103 and PP-103 tehsil Tandilianwala which would be held on October 14.

He was presiding over a meeting for reviewing the administrative matter for the by-election.

It was informed during the meeting that 389 polling stations had been set up and polling staff of 3,414 people would be deployed for carrying out the election process.

It was revealed that 80 polling stations had been declared sensitive through categorization keeping in view the previous record.

The DC directed for providing missing facilities at polling stations and said that necessary arrangements should be completed before the time.

He directed for devising comprehensive transport plan for the transportation of the polling staff and election material.
