Deputy Commissioner Orders For Removal Of Solid Waste, Debris In Two Days

Deputy Commissioner Mudassir Riaz Malik has ordered for removal of solid waste and debris from the city within two days.

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th Aug, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Mudassir Riaz Malik has ordered for removal of solid waste and debris from the city within two days.

He ordered for deputing extra staff at congested areas by dividing city into sectors. The DC paid surprise visit to Gulgasht, Bosan Road and adjacent areas here on Friday and reviewed cleanliness arrangements.

He ordered for getting cases registered over throwing debris along roads. He said that poor cleanliness conditions was not acceptable.

He warned that strict action would be taken against the company administration over misuse of resources and ghost sanitary workers.

He said that district official would monitor cleanliness situation on Eid-ul-Azha and ordered for establishing control room for resolving citizens' complaints regarding cleanliness.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Finance was directed for making inspection of company financial issues.

District Monitoring Officer Nasir Shahzad and MD MWMCAnwar-ul-Haq was also present.
