ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2018 ) :Special Assistant to Prime Minister Senator Dr Musadik Malik on Monday urged the political parties to have debate on jurisdiction of institutions for smooth flow of system in the country.
The role or limits of the institutions should have been discussed so that democratic system could continue and flourish in the country, he said while talking to a news channel. Expressing concerns over changing ideology and attitude of Pakistan Peoples Party, he said PPP's collusion with Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI), and undemocratic forces had been visible.
In the current scenario, we can understand the collusion of PPP and PTI , he added. The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), would continue working for democracy and streamlining the institutions for betterment of the country, he said.
To a question, he said that political parties should focus on amending laws or formation of new legislation so that the matter of jurisdiction of institutions could be clarified for democracy.
