Education Minister takes notice of torture on student

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018 ) :Provincial Minister for Schools education Murad Raas Monday took notice of torture on Abdul Rehman, a 9th class student of Government Boys High school, Farooka, Sargodha.

He directed to suspend Muntazir Mehdi the teacher responsible for corporal punishment and also directed to initiate departmental action under PEEDA Act.

He called CEO Education Sargodha at his office along with the investigation report.

The MS DHQ hospital has also been directed to provide best medical facilities to the injuredstudent.
