Exchange Of Experience In Discipline Of Law Imperative: President International Islamic University, Islamabad

President International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), Dr Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweeshhas Thursday said that exchange of experience in discipline of law between Islamic universities was imperative.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Mar, 2018 ) :President International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), Dr Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweeshhas Thursday said that exchange of experience in discipline of law between Islamic universities was imperative.
He was delivering a lecture to judges, attorneys and legal officers here at Shariah academy of the university. He said that Muslims must make decisions in the light of Quran and Sunnah. IIUI President hailed Pakistani judicial system, while appreciating the independent judiciary.
In reply of a question, IIUI President told that Saudi Arabia had advanced its judicial system with addition of technological development and added that judges over there could share their workload due to such advancements.
He said that judiciary in Saudi Arabia is independent and leading universities such as Imam Muhammad Bin Saud University were providing best legal degrees and courses. He called upon the Muslim societies to further strengthen their judicial systems with the teachings of Quran and Sunnah.
The lecture was also attended by Vice President IIUI and Director General, Shariah Academy Dr Muhammad Munir.
