Financial Assistance To Be Provided To Families Of Rain Affectees: PA

BAJAUR AGENCY, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2018 ) ::Political Agent Bajaur Agency, Abdul Amir Khattak has said the administration has planned to provide financial assistance to the family members of wall and roof collapse incident owing to the windstorm on yesterday.
He was taking to journalists after inquiring about the health of yesterday calamities' wounded at the Agency headquarters hospital Khar here on Sunday. The political agent who was accompanied with others officials said that he is grieved and shocked at the loss of precious lives in the yesterday disasters.
However, he said that not only the administration, but the whole nation stands with the bereaved families. He told the administration is determined to provide all sort of assistance and support to the family members of victims and the wounded as well.
He said that efforts are under way to extend financial support to the family members of all deceased, who were died in the yesterday calamity in different areas of the agency. He said that compensation amount to the affected families would be given soon.
Earlier, the political agent has inquired about the health of wounded at the agency headquarters hospital. The political agent on the occasion directed the health officials to provide free of cast health facilities to the wounded.
Meanwhile, the local administration has said that the death toll of the yesterday incidents has reached to 11. An official told that total 20 persons were wounded in the yesterday calamity. APP/anw/ash/
