FIR Registered Against 20 Power Pilfers In Hangu

The joint surveillance team of PESCO and district administration in its going operation against power thefts and recovery from defaulters have registered FIRs against 20 power pilfers in the month of January

Hangu, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Jan, 2019 ) :The joint surveillance team of PESCO and district administration in its going operation against power thefts and recovery from defaulters have registered FIRs against 20 power pilfers in the month of January.

The teams also disconnected dozen of connections of defaulters and for nonpayment of dues despite repeated warnings.

The police and the district administration was fully supporting the operation against direct hooks on main power lines and tempering with meters.

The surveillance team is visiting various villages to tighten the noose against power pilfers and stealing causing lost worth millions of rupees to the national exchequer.
