The police have made foolproof security arrangements for Muharram.
JHANG, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :The police have made foolproof security arrangements for Muharram.
A spokesman for the district police told APP that 464 mourning processions would be taken out from different parts of the district, including Jhang, Shorkot, Ahmedpur Sial, Athara Hazari, Shahjewana, Wasu Astana, Kot Khaira, Garhmaharaja, Chund etc.
He said that over 3,500 security officials would perform their duties at mourning processions and Majalis Aza.
He said that CCTV camearas had been installed on the routes of processions and Majalis Aza.
Participants of processions and Majalis would be allowed to enter only after complete search, he added.
Routes of processions will be searched by sniffer dogs and security personnel, he added.
