Govt Endeavoring To Improve Health, Education Sectors: Ghani

ABBOTTABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Sep, 2017 ) : Advisor to CM Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Musthaq Ahmed Ghani on Friday said that medical professional should avoid strikes and sit-ins instead negotiate with government and administrative bodies to resolve their issues.
He was addressing Oath taking ceremony of newly elected cabinet of non-teaching staff in Ayub Medical College (AMC). He said that protests should be avoided as these tactics serve nothing but increases the sufferings of ailing community.
Ghani said that upgradation of AMC as a medical university is need of the hour and also the right of Hazara people.
He said that issue of allowances of AMC non-teaching staff is also under consideration and will be resolved very soon.
He also directed AMC administration to resolve the issues of employees Association of the college. Ghani said that provincial government has adopted policies to further improve health and education sectors. Earlier, Dean AMC Professor Dr. Aziz un Nisa briefed the Advisor about ongoing projects of the institution.
