Human Rights Commission To Launch A Report On Cyber Crimes

Human Rights Commission (HRC) will launch its report on cyber crimes including harassment and women safety in the last week of December.
Senior official of HRC told APP on Tuesday that the report would highlight the harassment cases on social media including facebook and whatsapp.
Besides, updates sharing details of crackdown so far against illegal gray trafficker, harassment threats and blackmailing via social Media, he added.
The reports also shows the recommendations and formulation of law passed by previous governments against harassment.
Cyber crime was a reality which was exceeding with mushrooming financial technology and increasing integration, he added.
Various 2018 predictions about the merging of cyber and traditional financial crimes may actually prove too conservative, as in the recent past further.
