MEPCO Chief For Taking Strict Action Against Defaulters

MULTAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Nov, 2018 ) ::Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Muhammad Akram Chaudhary Monday directed officials to take solid steps against defaulters.

He said this while talking to different officers on video-link. He stated that electricity connections of defaulters in other distribution companies would also be disconnected.

He directed officers to initiate action against defaulters in case of pending bills for two months. The disconnected electricity would not be restored.

He instructed Director Legal to respond with complete preparations in different cases pending with courts. The officers should intensify surprise inspections in order to catch pilferers red handedly, he maintained.
