Murder Accused Released Due To Compromise Between Two Parties In Islamabad

A Islamabad District Court Friday released an accused involved in a murder case after having a compromise between the two parties (accused and victim).

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Dec, 2018 ) :A Islamabad District Court Friday released an accused involved in a murder case after having a compromise between the two parties (accused and victim).

According to details, Nazar Hussain so Muhammad Ali resident of Fateh Jhang murdered a labor working at one of his construction sites in Ramna police limits over a dispute in June.

The police registered a case under section 302/34 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) and arrested the accused and produced the challan before the court.

The victims' heirs submitted the affidavit in the court for a compromise between the two parties over the matter, against which the Additional District and Sessions Judge ordered to release the accused.
