Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Chaudry Muhammad Ashraf has won NA-148 with 128880 votes.

Sahiwal (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Chaudry Muhammad Ashraf has won NA-148 with 128880 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-148 Sahiwal-ll constituency with 128880 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Malik Abdul Ghaffar Dogar was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 81830 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi who got 64763 votes.

At least 11 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-148. In 2013 elections, there were 350801 voters registered in NA-148, out of which 205254 votes were polled out.
