According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-73 Sialkot-ll constituency with 116957 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate ABDUL MAJEED KHAN was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 97688 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate MUHAMMAD SANA ULLAH KHAN MASTI KHAIL who got 91068 votes.

At least 17 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-73. In 2013 elections, there were 336765 voters registered in NA-73, out of which 230052 votes were polled out.
