According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-84 Gujranwala-Vl constituency with 119612 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate ABID ALI was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 103176 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate FARRUKH HABIB who got 42336 votes.

At least 16 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-84. In 2013 elections, there were 308900 voters registered in NA-84, out of which 184873 votes were polled out.
