According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in NA-91 Sargodha-lV constituency with 110525 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Najaf Abbas Sial was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 91301 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Muhammad Mehboob Sultan who got 87048 votes.

At least 7 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-91. In 2013 elections, there were 279042 voters registered in NA-91, out of which 189251 votes were polled out.
