Pak Navy Striving To Equip Its Human Resource With Best Training: Vice Admiral Kaleem Shaukat

The annual award ceremony of Pakistan Navy Logistics Command was held at PN Dockyard here on Tuesday
Vice Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Kaleem Shaukat was the chief guest on the occasion, said an ISPR-Navy press release issued here.
Annual award ceremony was held at the end of every year to review overall performance of the units under command and evaluate their efforts in successful completion of various projects.
Speaking, on the occasion, Vice Chief of Naval Staff lauded the professional acumen of Logistics Command of Pakistan Navy for undertaking professional tasks with utmost excellence.
Vice Admiral Kaleem Shaukat further highlighted that our endeavours towards self-reliance and indigenization is a testament to National pride and manifestation of dedication towards service.
The Vice Chief of Naval Staff underscored that a modern and strong Navy is indispensable to keep the homeland safe and ensure regional maritime stability.
The Vice Chief stated that besides modernizing PN Fleet, Pakistan Navy is cognizant of its human resource to equip it with the best training and introduce themselves to emerging technologies.
Earlier, in his welcome address, Commander Logistics Rear Admiral Adnan Khaliq highlighted the salient accomplishments of Logistics Command in 2018.
Later, the Chief Guest gave away awards to the best units and personnel for their remarkable performance and achievements.
