Pakhtoons' Love For Pakistan Strong, Unshakable: Fayaz-ul-Hassan Chohan

LAHORE, Sep 18 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Sep, 2018 ) ::Provincial Minster for Information and Culture Fayaz-ul-Hassan Chohan on Wednesday said Pakhtoons' affection and love for Pakistan was strong and unshakable.
He said, "Pakhtoons are our brothers", adding, they were dignified and courageous people.
The information minister said the Punjab government, strongly condemned the objectionable advertisement regarding Pakhtoons aired on the ptv news a few days ago and assured that strong action would be taken against those who were responsible for the release of this advertisement.
"No one can even think of the heart burning of our Pakhtoon brethren," he added.
In a statement issued here, Fayaz-ul-Hassan Chohan said Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar by taking prompt notice of advertisement had ordered strict action over the objectionable advertisement and directed to hold immediate inquiry.
He said the ad-agency which was responsible for making this ad had been blacklisted and orders had been issued to take action against all those who were responsible for the monitoring of the ad before going on-air.
The minister said departmental inquiry had also been initiated about the advertisement that was aired on the PTV News and the matter would strongly be probed side by side identification of the responsible persons.
He expressed the concern that it may be possible that objectionable material had been included and aired unintentionally.
"Pakhtoons are reflective of dignity, honor, patriotism and courage and enjoy equal respect in all the provinces of the country including Punjab," concluded the minister.
