Balochistan National Party candidate Akhtar Hussain Langove has won PB-29 with 12603 votes.

Quetta (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Balochistan National Party candidate Akhtar Hussain Langove has won PB-29 with 12603 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Balochistan National Party candidate won in PB-29 Quetta-VI constituency with 12603 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mir Abdul Ghafoor Lehri was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 10914 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Mir Muhammad Ameen Umrani who got 4778 votes.

At least 33 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PB-29. In 2013 elections, there were 84201 voters registered in PB-29, out of which 30348 votes were polled out.

In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 38.4 %. Detailed results can be found here
