PM To Leave For Iran On Two-day Official Visit Today

Foreign Office (FO) Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for 2- day maiden visit to Iran

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th April, 2019) Foreign Office (FO) Spokesperson Dr Muhammad Faisal has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will leave for 2- day maiden visit to Iran today (Sunday).PM will hold meetings with Iranian President, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei and other high officials.

In an issued statement by spokesperson ministry of foreign affairs PM along with a high level delegation will leave for two day official visit to Iran Sunday.High level delegation includes Finance advisor, PM special assistant on trade, Minister for interprovincial co-ordination and PM's special assistant on oversees Pakistanis.PM will also stay in Mashhad before reaching Tehran.FO spokesperson further said that the relation between Pakistan and Iran are historic and the purpose of PM's visit is to further strengthen bilateral ties.
