According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-181 Kasur-VIII constituency with 44592 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate SHEIKH ALAUDIN was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 47067 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League candidate ZAHID QAYYUM KHAN who got 17504 votes.

At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-181. In 2013 elections, there were 146150 voters registered in PP-181, out of which 91434 votes were polled out.
