Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Syed Abbas Ali Shah has won PP-207 with 42964 votes.

Lodhran (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Syed Abbas Ali Shah has won PP-207 with 42964 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate won in PP-207 Khanewal-V constituency with 42964 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Independent candidate Muhammad Amir Iqbal Shah was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 30237 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Zawar Hussain Waraich who got 29108 votes.

At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-207. In 2013 elections, there were 156819 voters registered in PP-207, out of which 99553 votes were polled out.
