According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate won in PP-239 Bahawalnagar-III constituency with 42495 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Muhammad Jahanzaib Khan Khichi was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 37020 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (N) candidate Mian Majid Nawaz who got 31354 votes.

At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PP-239. In 2013 elections, there were 161777 voters registered in PP-239, out of which 100238 votes were polled out.
