According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-33 Naushahro Feroze-I constituency with 52949 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Pir Syed Fazal Ali Shah Jeelani was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 41890 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate Syed Mashooq Mohiuddin Shah who got 38650 votes.

At least 41 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-33. In 2013 elections, there were 152825 voters registered in PS-33, out of which 87877 votes were polled out.
