According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-34 Naushahro Feroze-II constituency with 61419 votes.

In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Naeem Ahmed Kharal was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 33964 votes. The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate Ismail Shah who got 28100 votes.

At least 31 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-34. In 2013 elections, there were 150477 voters registered in PS-34, out of which 88466 votes were polled out.
