ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jul, 2025) Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry Thursday said that Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), undemocratic attitude is harmful for country’s system. PTI had been involved in attacking on state institutions including security, he said while talking to a private television channel.

The incidents like May 9 riots, were dangerous for democratic system, he observed. In reply to a question about court action for May 9 riots, he said those found involved in May 9 attacks, are facing punishment after court trial and evidence.

To a question about terrorism, he said that Pakistan army had given a lot of sacrifices while fighting war on terror.

He said that armed forces are playing vital role to flush out terrorism from different parts of the country.

Commenting on political role of chief minister Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, he said the CM KP had also used objectionable

statements against the institutions.
