PTI gave Muhammad Sajjad election ticket upon Abrar-ul-Haq’s recommendation

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 25th June, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) election candidate Mehnees is allegedly involved in murder and other crimes.

According to a news report broadcast on a tv channel, PTI’s election candidate from PP-50 Narowal Muhammad Sajjad is involved in murder and other crimes.

He is a facing a charge of murdering three persons in Lahore’s Gujjarpura police station. The PTI had given him a ticket upon Abrar-ul-Haq’s recommendation.

Some PTI members said that awarding him a ticket has destroyed the party’s credibility.

The issue of allotting tickets has got worse in PTI as the party members said that the PTI leadership preferred electables over ideological workers.

Many PTI workers kept protesting outside Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residency for not getting an election ticket.

Meanwhile, PTI chairman Imran Khan keeps assuring that tickets are being awarded on merit.
