Punjab Govt Provide 6 Dialysis Machines,100 Beds To THQ Hospital Murree

Six dialysis machines and 100 beds had been provided to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Murree by the Punjab government to provide best health services to the residents of the city

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Dec, 2017 ) :Six dialysis machines and 100 beds had been provided to Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Murree by the Punjab government to provide best health services to the residents of the city and adjacent areas, said Chief Executive Officer Health Authority Dr Sohail Chaudary here Thursday.

Speaking as Chief guest at a function held in regard with Health Convention, Sohail said three new departments including, Orthopedic ,Physiotherapy and emergency department had been set up at the THQ hospital Murree while doctors, nurses and surgeons had also been appointed there.

He said THQ Murree was catering to the medical needs of a large population of the area and the government has increased the hospitals budget twice. Free of cost tests of fatal diseases including Hepatitis are being carried out at all tehsil level hospitals across the province, he added.
