Sami Ullah Chauhdary of PTI wins PP-246 election

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th Jul, 2018 ) :Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf candidate Sami ullah Chaudhary has won election from Punjab Assembly constituency PP-246 Bahawalpur-II by securing 46,175 votes.

According to unofficial results announced by the Election Commission of Pakistan, Rana Muhammad Tariq Khan of PML-N stood second by securing 36,851 votes and Muhammad Yousaf Akram Abbasu of Tahreek-e-Labaik Pakistan grabbed third position by getting 3,695 votes.

Voter turnout was recorded at 50.14%.
