Section 144 Imposed In Peshawar

Deputy Commissioner Peshawar in exercise of powers under section 144 Cr.P.C has ordered to impose ban on Ariel Firing, Pigeon/Kite flying around the airfield in areas of Pishtakhara, Landi Akhon Mohammad, Gharhi Sikandar Khan, Nawa Kalay, Shaheed Abad, Bara Gate, Custom Chowk, Abdara Road, Tehkal Pawakka Peshawar.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2018 ) :Deputy Commissioner Peshawar in exercise of powers under section 144 Cr.P.C has ordered to impose ban on Ariel Firing, Pigeon/Kite flying around the airfield in areas of Pishtakhara, Landi Akhon Mohammad, Gharhi Sikandar Khan, Nawa Kalay, Shaheed Abad, Bara Gate, Custom Chowk, Abdara Road, Tehkal Pawakka Peshawar.
A notification issued here said that anyone to be found violating this order shall be punished under section 188.P.P.C. This order shall come into force forthwith and shall remain enforced for 60 days from the date of its issue, unless modified or withdrawn.
Meanwhile, The Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has notified November 27, 2017 as the date from which the Section 6 of the Companies Act, 2017 shall be effective in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It was notified by Registrar Peshawar High Court Peshawar.
