Speaking on the significance of the working class, she urged "the state and community to take strict measures against child labour and recognize the contribution of women in the economic uplift of the country.""Labours are a true asset for any state as they pour their blood and sweat in the services of their nation; there should be no discrimination between blue-collar and white-collar workers when all are contributing genuinely to the goal of nation building," a press release said.

She said that "today let us acknowledge and stand with the labour class without any discrimination in recognition of their services for the nation." She said that "the best way to pay tribute to the labour class is by ensuring the provision of social, health and economic incentives, enabling them to live a dignified life."
