Sindh High Court Orders To File Reference Against Rauf Siddiqui, Others In Illegal Appointments Case

Sindh High Court has ordered to file reference against MQM Pakistan leader Rauf Siddiqui and others in illegal appointments case.Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh took up for hearing NAB inquiry related to illegal appointments in Sindh department small industries on Thursday
Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th March, 2019) Sindh High Court has ordered to file reference against MQM Pakistan leader Rauf Siddiqui and others in illegal appointments case.Chief Justice Sindh High Court Justice Ahmad Ali Sheikh took up for hearing NAB inquiry related to illegal appointments in Sindh department small industries on Thursday.During the course of hearing, NAB nominated MQM-P leader Rauf Siddiqui as suspect.
Prosecutor NAB took the plea that allegation against Rauf Siddiqui and others for making illegal appointments is becoming proved.Matter has been sent to headquarter for filing reference against Rauf Siddiqui and others.Court while ordering to file reference against Rauf Siddiqui and others also sought report on May 2.It is vital to mention here that NAB has alleged Rauf Siddiqui for making illegal appointments in his ministerial tenure.
