Six Persons Booked For Stealing Electricity In Abbottabad

The District Administration on Friday continued crackdown against electricity theft and booked six consumers for stealing electricity.
In district Haripur two persons were arrested for having illegal electricity connection at village Pakki Ban and Khalu of Tehsil Ghazi. Police have arrested them and registered First Information Report (FIR).
Earlier during the crackdown in the City police station and Khanpur police station areas Wapda and police have caught many people red handed for stealing the electricity through hooks and registered cases against them.
District administration Manshera also continued drive against the electricity theft in Khaki, Pharhanna and Phulhara where police have arrested four people red handed.
Wapda and Pesco teams headed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Manshera Khurram Rehman Jadoon booked four persons for stealing electricity.
