Supreme Court Orders Removal Of Encroachments In Front Of Serena, Marriott Hotels

The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Capital Development Authority to remove all barricades and other encroachments from the roads in front of Serena Hotel and Marriott Hotel.
ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Mar, 2018 ) :The Supreme Court on Wednesday directed the Capital Development Authority to remove all barricades and other encroachments from the roads in front of Serena Hotel and Marriott Hotel.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the case.
The chief justice directed the CDA to remove all encroachments installed at roads and sought report in that regard on Thursday. While the same bench hearing another appeal regarding provision of clean drinking water to masses, directed the government to submit a report.
