Supreme Court (SC) constitutes larger bench to determine definition of terrorism

Supreme Court (SC) has constituted larger bench to determine definition of terrorism.A larger bench comprising 7 members and presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Asif Saeed Khosa has been constituted to give decision on the definition of terrorism

ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th March, 2019) Supreme Court (SC) has constituted larger bench to determine definition of terrorism.A larger bench comprising 7 members and presided over by the Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Asif Saeed Khosa has been constituted to give decision on the definition of terrorism.

CJP remarked " it has not been decided since 1997 what case comes in the ambit of terrorism while decision will be announced today on the legal status of false evidence.

It will be decided today that the entire evidence of false witness will be rejected.
