Three Acts published as Acts of KP Legislature

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Land Acquisition (Mines) (Amendment) Bill, 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and assented by the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said a notification issued by Secretary Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here on Tuesday

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Apr, 2019 ) :Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Land Acquisition (Mines) (Amendment) Bill, 2019 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and assented by the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, said a notification issued by Secretary Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here on Tuesday.

Similarly, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Promotion, protection and Enforcement of Human Rights (Amendment) Bill, 2019 that was also passed by the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and assented to by the Governor of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been published as an Act.

Furthermore, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mass Transit (Amendment) has also been published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
