Two accused awarded 8-year imprisonment

Civil Judge Shams Husnain Sial on Wednesday awarded eight years imprisonment to two accused involved in a criminal case of Shahpur police station

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jan, 2018 ) ::Civil Judge Shams Husnain Sial on Wednesday awarded eight years imprisonment to two accused involved in a criminal case of Shahpur police station.

According to the prosecution, Abdul Hafeez and Muhammad Younas residents of village Haripur Tehsil Shahpur had injured their neighbour Tahir Mehmood over a petty dispute. The court ordered the convicts to pay Rs 240,000 as compensation to the victim.
