Two dacoits arrested after encounter in Lahore

Two dacoits were arrested after an encounter with police in Sabzazar area, here on Tuesday.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jun, 2018 ) :Two dacoits were arrested after an encounter with police in Sabzazar area, here on Tuesday.

Police said dacoits were fleeing the scene after dacoity when Dolphin force reached the spot and opened fire on the fleeing robbers.

As a result, one of the accused, identified as Adeel, received bullet injuries. After exchange of fire both accused were arrested. The other accused was identified as Abid.

Police said Adeel was a history-sheeter. Furtherinvestigation is under way.
