Two murderers awarded 30-year jail

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Feb, 2017 ) : Additional District and Sessions Judge Arif Khan Niazi on Wednesday awarded collectively 30 years jail to two convicts in a murder case of Terkhanawala police station.

According to court sources, on September 16, 2014 accused Zil-e-Hassnain and Mehmood Hassan of Shaikh Jaleel had gunned down Hassan Shah over a plot dispute.

Local police registered a case against the accused and sent challan in the court.After hearing the arguments, the learned Judge awarded 25 years imprisonment to culprit Zil e Hassnain and 5 years to the other culprit Mehmood Hassan along with collective fine of Rs 500,000 as compensation money.

The culprits were sent to district Jail Sargodha.
