Woman shot dead in Bhakkar

A woman was shot dead by former husband, in the precincts of Kalor Kot police station.

BHAKKAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Nov, 2018 ) :A woman was shot dead by former husband, in the precincts of Kalor Kot police station.

Police said on Wednesday that Ayub Khan, resident of Chak 8/ML Tehsil Piplan had divorced his wife Saima Bibi over family feud and she went to her parents' home.

In a fit of grudge, Ayub shot dead Saima Bibi at her parents' house at Datoorian Tehail Kalor Kot.

The body was handed over to the family after postmortem.

Police have arrested the accused and started investigation.
