KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Jan, 2019 ) :Sindh Minister for Women Development Syeda Shehla Raza Friday said that the Pakistan People's Party (PPP)'s provincial government has chalked out various programmes for the Empowerment of women.

Talking to a delegation of Poverty Eradication Initiative (PEI) led by Shahid Yousuf which called on her at her office, she said that various Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) have been brought on board to achieve the desired targets.

Shehla said that to provide fast relief to the women, 1094 complaint cells have been reactivated.

The delegation discussed the matters of mutual interest relating to women empowerment, legal and health assistance, implementation of early child marriage restriction, domestic violence and other issues in detail.
